Business feasibility review

In addition to understanding the size of the building by closely reviewing the construction rate, floor area ratio, and restrictions on the use of buildings according to the relevant building-related laws, we present planned elements to maximize business profits from the initial review to help CLIENT make rational decisions.

Architectural design

Starting with efforts to maintain the efficient function and performance of the building based on laws and regulations, we want to make efforts to complete economic, artistic, and aesthetic buildings along with regional, cultural, and historical conditions in which the building is located, as well as everything that can increase the value of the user's life.

Planning and Design

Establish the direction of the project through the analysis of the owner's requirements and legal conditions, and use the business feasibility review data to present the most appropriate design goals and plans.

Plan design (finalization of plan)

Based on the analysis of legal conditions, the scale, purpose, shape, and structure are presented to the owner and developed to complete the project with the consent of the design direction, the design concept of the building, and the internal and external materials.

Basic Design (Authorization and Permission)

  • Deliberation on each field (structure, machinery, electricity, communication, fire fighting, civil engineering, etc.) based on the plan design plan, Drawings of permits, etc.
  • After receiving approval and permission from the relevant local government, consultation with the relevant departments.

Implementation Design (Construction Drawing)

  • For construction in each field (structure, mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, fire fighting, civil engineering, etc.) based on the approval/permission drawings working on a book
  • Details of construction costs according to the owner's request

Construction supervision (Construction project management)

As approved and approved, we are doing our best to prevent poor construction through thorough management and supervision of construction sites and to accurately and safely realize the results through comprehensive and systematic on-site management such as cost reduction, air reduction, construction site safety management, and quality management.
